1:1 Private Health & Mental Fitness Coaching Sessions designed to get you healthier — mentally & physically — so you can look and feel great about yourself and live a healthier & happier life​. You'll also learn how to constructively deal with life's challenges, trials, and transitions.

I've been using this program myself for over three decades and it has served me well. At 52 years old, I'm healthy and fit — mentally & physically — and have been successful in managing my weight, building lean muscle, reducing stress, and dealing with life challenges and setbacks.
