What's your confidence level?

Your self-esteem determines the value you see in yourself.
As a health and mental fitness coach, I believe this: a resilient mindset builds strong self-esteem. And when your self-esteem is solid, you value and respect yourself — and expect others to do the same.
But let’s be real. Most people walk around with low self-esteem. Mediocre at best. Insecurity shows up everywhere — in how you view your body, your fear of failure, your need for approval, and your obsession with what others think.
So how do you flip the script and start believing in yourself?
It starts with you. You’ve got to decide that your worth is not up for debate. Reclaim your confidence. Cancel the negative self-talk. Stop giving weight to the opinions that don’t serve you. Then take action — bold or small, but consistent.
Here’s one place to start: Write down what you love about yourself. Not what you wish you could love — what’s already true. Let that be your focus.
Whether you leap or take baby steps, either one will get you closer to the version of you that knows her worth. And if you need a coach to walk alongside you while you rebuild that confidence — I’m here for it.
