A 1:1 Coaching Experience to Transform Your Mind, Body, & Confidence

This is my signature program — a premium, high-impact health and mental fitness coaching experience for women ready to reclaim their strength, confidence, and well-being.
 

For 16 weeks, through weekly 1:1 sessions, we’ll work on both physical health and mindset transformation. This means you'll move your body with intention, eat to nourish, and learn to think in ways that uplift and empower.

You’ll be guided step-by-step to:

 

  • Create a consistent workout routine and sustainable eating habits

  • Burn fat and build toned, lean muscle

  • Heal from toxic patterns and harmful self-talk

My coaching is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) — an evidence-based method inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll retrain your thought patterns, ditch fear and self-doubt, and build a mindset grounded in faith, strength, and resilience.

With a positive and disciplined mind, you’ll be able to:

Personal Training:
You’re Stronger Than You Think

As a personal trainer for women in Los Angeles, my goal is simple:
Help you build a strong, lean, and confident body that reflects the powerhouse woman you are. Whether you’re aiming for fat loss, muscle gain, or simply a more active, healthy lifestyle, we’ll tailor each session to fit your needs.

Here’s what we’ll focus on in every session:

  • Fat loss & lean muscle building — see real, lasting changes

  • Strength and endurance— build power and move with confidence

  • Mobility & coordination — feel more capable and agile

Nutrition guidance is included because we know that what you eat fuels how you feel and perform. We focus on real, balanced nutrition to complement your training — not restrictive diets.

A high-touch, 16-week health + mindset transformation program that combines mindset coaching, strength training plans, nutrition guidance, and confident communication skills — with my full support.

Power Sessions

A 4-week jumpstart designed to help you reset, refocus, and build momentum — fast. Perfect if you want to dip your toe in or need a strategic push.
Starts at $700

Ongoing Monthly Coaching
For returning clients or those looking for flexible, continued support.
Mental or physical coaching — or both.

$500/month for four weekly sessions
